Habits to find happiness. 

Happiness exists inside you. It's you who can make you happy. Feel this time, just not wonder for somethings else. 

I am sure you also listen to lots of sentences like this. But why then we are feeling something missing? Actually sometimes even in-crowd, you can feel loneliness, emptiness. Why? Today just want to tell you some reasons behind this besides all the inspiring words and sentences that make us lonely. Because if our happiness is inside ourselves, we must find it.     

 


Expectations


Fewer expectations not only include your less expecting nature but also your satisfying nature. I mean to say here is never expect too much from something but be satisfied by what you got. Always enjoy the things you have, not feel sad about things which you don't have. Try to feel happy with the results of your work. Fewer expectations also lead you to people. 

When you have fewer expectations, you will feel good about your work. The less you expect, the less you get hurts by your friends or people. 

Just avoid unrealistic expectations. It hurts most. Expectations are within out, so control on it. This not only gives you happiness but also protects you from inside.   

Let it go

Let it go is seems a very short sentence but to follow it needs lots of courage. It only defines to accept the situation. See, you cant control each moment of life, obviously, some are pleasant and some are hurting. Here just let it go and grow in the present situation.   

Each moment carries a lesson, always try to catch them and learn from it and leave the rest. It will make you strong and also heal you. Just allow them to let go.  

To Leave  

Sometimes to leave is the best option you have. Although, You love the most and cant leave you must. If you do not learn to leave, it will hurt you and cant you stay happy from the inside. Make a strong decision to save you from the inside.
