New Year Resolution 

The resolution doesn't need any specific day or time but it can be taken now. To make your resolution special, let's start with this exciting new year. So, I present you a list of acts whichever you want can make your new year resolution. Let's have a look.

• Do one self-improvement act daily. 
• Learn from your mistakes.
• Keep yourself updated. 
• Be positive.
• Have the intention to learn new things.
• Always try to think out of the box.
• Do meditation.
• Always take care of your words.
• Be Healthy.
• Be helpful to the needy.
• Do believe in yourself. 
• Don't care about what others think. 
• Love yourself.

5 Steps to gain self-confidence. 

 Self Confidence 

A way to represent yourself, the more nicely you represent yourself, the more you have self-confidence. 

The most essential thing to move on is called self-Confidence. 

About me, I realised, I have a lack of self-confidence and I am just wondering to gain it, what I have here wants to share with you. 

5 Steps to gain self-confidence. 

Small Piece of Big Task 

The very first step is to break your aim into small pieces, pick one of them and move on with it. Then, done with the second one. This simple step makes you to done your aim, the bigger seems harder, with smaller can reach bigger one very easily. By doing each of them, slowly and gradually You can feel confident to just do it. This is what we were wondering. 

Learn to say NO   

It does have a meaning, I am telling you. The art to say no sometimes works very nicely, but saying no is not an easy task, I know. For me at least, many times I do realise, I must refuse to go ahead but why saying no is that much difficult, I do not know. But, One should learn this art as it is very necessary. It does things mess up for sometimes but later you can feel the magic of this word because just going without your heart or willpower never give a good result na. So, why not just move on with another one where I will have a result. This small word, if you use it at the right times will really feel you with your self-confidence. 

Do Mistake 

Do mistake does not mean to mistake again and again but it says never be afraid to do mistakes as the best teacher is our mistake and time itself. With own mistake and with time, one can learn everything. Do mistakes, never think that you cant do this work, what will happen, will be got no result, no worry next time it will come with a result. The time you are giving will give you a learning experience. With doing mistakes, one must think is always there must have a correction. This correction gives self-confidence. Mistakes never define one's disability but show a willingness to try something new. Always think of your mistake as your good approach rather than failure. 

Remember Yourself   

Who doesn't have a good ability, the only thing which matter is to feel? Firstly, remember yourself, your personality. The good list of things which you are able to do better than others, I am sure You will have a number of a task list. This is the very essential thing to find out this list. It will feel you with enthusiam to do work and this is the first step of ageing self-confidence. Yes, I can do this is a magical sentence one should carry always. 

With strong will power and self motivation, one can achieve hieght of success, the only thing one must have is self-confidence. 

Do Meditation.   

Meditation is something in which you can see yourself, just playing as a mirror. Do meditation and get yourself, if you really want to define yourself, you should spend 5-10 minutes with meditation. With open eyes, one can see everything but when it closes, the only thing is there is you. See yourself and definitely, it has a lot of good effect on health too. With good health, one can make things possible. Gain self-confidence, realise what actually you are.

Definition of Life.

 Let's define life. It seems very simple, but no not that much how it looks like. Let's continue. 

What should be the definition of life "struggle..." seems a perfect word I think.    

Struggles for what? Here comes the interesting point and from here the definition of everyone's life differ from each other because each one has their own life and their own need. 

Let's try out the type of struggle. Struggle for  

Carrier

Health

Happiness 

Money

Peace

Carrier  

Struggle for carrier cant be defined in words actually. From childhood to adulthood, one has always a pressure to build a carrier, to get the desired job, to have a handsome salary and to continue living with own. But the struggle is same, each student has pressure to get a 90+ score, to be a first, to be the best student. Anyway, I do have not enough words to define this life because not every struggle got results here.   

Health 

Here is the second definition of life ie health. "Health is Wealth", who don't know this small phrase but not everyone has good health. When health decay, nothing will happen well. Struggle to have good health is a part of life, nowadays everyone has more or few but have a health problem. And this is the worse definition of life, without good health, everything seems useless and just foggy. No one can understand and share the pain but one has to fight with their own situation. Even money or power cant play any role to get good health.   

Happiness  

Happiness is a word that is present in everyone's vocabulary but not everyone is happy. To became a happy person is not a simple task to do but sometimes all money or everything seems much less to be happy. Happiness cant be bought or sale but one has to achieve it. Definition of Life in term of happiness is very tough although be happy is the everyday phrase. 

Tough in the sense, everyone has a different source of happiness, happiness means money for someone,  inner peace, good health, family, the height of success or you know about yourself. 

Money 

Money is another definition of life, without money life is impossible. Although, money is an essential thing for life but for someone money is life. For this, one is struggling day by day. One fact I tell you, this struggle never ends as a desire for money has no end.   

Life should be like a lotus, every night it disapperar in water as there is nothing, but every morning it appear with a eye catching beauty. Start each day of life, just became a lotus. 

Peace  

Can someone achieve it with money, name or fame, publicity, or from a height of success? The correct answer is NO.....  No one! 

A Word or a thing that has no price. No one can buy it from anywhere but have to search for it inside ourselves. and it comes from the work which you like the most. It comes from the word which you want to hear the most. It comes from the activity which you enjoy the most. 

Inner peace is a definition of life, achievement of it is not an easy job, I am searching for it too, but if you have, you know the definition of life.  

I know no one can define life in words, I am just trying to understand life because it is much difficult for me. There is no explanation, no definition and no description of life because, with each day, life changes its phase. Each day, one has a new objective for life. Just with positive energy, start each day like a lotus.

 Self-Healing

Self-healing is the most powerful tool I ever know and just wanted to share my own experience, may its help you. There is always a dark phase and light phase of life everyone has here. Sometimes a moment gives you an ocean of happiness and sometimes one second becomes one year. See the magic of time. 

I had also some seconds like this to spend and during that time I just ended. But I am here, how. I am also surprised but realised one tool to spend this one horrible second is Self-Healing. Self-Healing gives me the whole lesson of life. Self-Healing is the best way to move on, no medicine will work to heal you from inside but it's only you to heal yourself.

First Flight

 Once there was a time when I tried to do something new and was confused and worried about my new step ahead. Confusion is for what should be my first step in this competitive world and worried about my startup. Starting something is like a new phase which is not an easy step you know. I was worried too like an all-new comer in the industry. There was a lot of question to ask but from whom, how much you can disturb someone, a lot to do but should I or not. I remember a day when I was ready to publish a blog but all of the sudden, by mistake I clicked on a button and the whole blog was deleted.  

Ah, the first step and doing something new is not an easy step I told you. You can tell me a silly person, by one second I deleted my own blog, deleted my times as well as efforts. But yes that was my first step and one more silly thing I can share with you, after publishing my first blog, it took around half an hour to share its URL as I was wondering the exact link which I had to share, today even I am learning but yes at least frequently can share my blog's URL. Yes, I learned it with time. Are you wondering the term which I am trying to tell you by these two incidents of my own? Let me tell you, this term is the first flight.    

Taking the first step is always a tough step for everyone. No one can be perfect at the beginning but perfection comes from trying and trying and doing and doing. There may be some criticism you have to face on the road to success, maybe some frustration will surround you, you can feel uncomfortable but what should be done here is just GO AHEAD. Move on, just come on the following, and day by day the things will quite normally to you, everything seems perfect and all frustration and criticism will disappear suddenly. Don't worry you are not alone on the path, and why to worry about I am alone, sometimes moving alone is also a great step you know.   

Just remember one formula ie keep going, ignore ignorance and look at supports. 

Nothing in life can be taken for granted. Skills have to be learned in life with our own efforts. Parents can only help in teaching and encouraging us to learn things but we have to learn them through our own efforts of trial and error. Who doesn't suffer from hesitation and fears in the beginning? It takes time to take the final plunge.   

There is always the first step to go ahead and one should always start with the lowest step.   

Who is perfect from birth. I think no one, but times gives perfection. Everyone has hesitation to start something new, but betake your first step. hesitation becomes passion and passion gives you confidence. That's it I want to say today, please have your first flight.

 Happy People

I always meet this sentence " Be Happy". And I want to be the happiest person too but don't know why I can't maintain it. These 7 words are very simple to read, listen, or to tell but the most difficult part is to apply. I wish it but it's not that much easy. But why? Another important part is this, why I or you cant apply these 7 Words in our life even it will change the total scenario of life. And as per facing difficulties, Once I decided to find the reason. And wants to know why I can't be the happiest person and Who is the happiest person.  

First I had to find the criteria of a happy person and I find some of them. Just want to share it with you so that you can also be able to apply it in your life.     

A happy person is just happy because they love themselves more than others. 

 

Don't Show off  

Best one and my ever favorite. Please don't show off. Just be realistic. You are awesome, never compare yourself to others. Just love yourselves. You are doing well in every situation. Why not be as you as you are. Showing nature is not a permanent idea to exist actually.   

People are always interested in the truth. They are not interested in you or your habits but want to know and listen to facts. So, remember this thing, whenever you meet with someone. Never explain yourself but talk about the facts like any recent matter, breaking news, some social issues with logic. This really works a lot.   

People will take interest in you, as you will find new attentions. Obviously, you will feel happy and glad.    

Talk Less  Be a Good Listener

Many times you can see not everyone has that much patience that they will listen to you silently and got your point. Hey, this is the most boring thing in a person. This is the symbol of education that you can listen patiently. Be an educated person, see education should be seen in your behavior.  

Be a listener, got the point of what someone wants to tell, and after that give your own opinion. Think if you don't listen properly, how do you answer or react perfectly. If you don't react properly, why people will reach you.    

Just talk less and Be a Good Listener. Actually by interacting properly with a person will give you a feeling of peace, I mean to say you will feel free that everything is ok.   

Learn Daily

Every day, we are doing a new thing, and can do some mistakes also but what if tomorrow I will repeat the same. I am not only wasting my time but also my energy. Always learn a lesson from bitter experience.   Who is perfect here? No one. Everyone has done mistakes. But the smartness is that you just learned from your mistakes and never done it again.   

Learn daily and apply it too in your life.   

No, never hesitate to do a new task, if you do some mistakes it totally okay but not good if you repeat them, just learn new things from your mistakes. And the most interesting thing is here is you will learn this lesson very fastly. Just feel it.     

Help Others   

Be kind, Be helpful. If you feel emptiness and negativity. Start helping someone who is needy. This point is out of the box, you will say. But it is a powerful trick towards positivity because after helping someone you will fill with enthusiasm because actually, you are good for everything. Someone is happy right now because of you, this feels actually awesome and optimistic.   

Helping others is always a good act to do in any situation. Be someone for someone and feel positive. Kindness is bigger than everything.
