 How to stay healthy in the Winter season

Winter has come. It comes with beautiful weather, soft sunlight, and many joyful festivals. We can spend hours in sunlight and there are lots of winter food here which can enjoy. But, it also brings a health alert alarm. Because this season is not always good for allergic people. Especially for those who are suffering from sinusitis, tonsils, or other cold-related problems. So, for them including me, this season also comes with many health issues. 

Nowadays, pollution becomes another factor behind those allergies (throat, nose, eyes, etc). There are many problems we have to face in this weather like block nose, sore throat, eye irritation, ear infection, or headache. So, if you are in those people (who is allergic), and face lots of health issues due to weather change and not enjoying this awesome weather frequently, I have one idea for you. I want to share a recipe that is as much as old as Ayurveda and something called Ram Ban for you. Or you can say  "nani ma ke nushke".


A beautiful home remedy

This is a homemade recipe that only includes 3 magical ingredients and they are ghee, jaggery, and ginger. Three ingredients you can call magical things for you which can save you from allergy and seasonal infection. Let me introduce you. So, let's start. 

For this recipe, first of all, clean the ginger properly and grind it. Now take ghee in a pan and let it be warm and then put that grid ginger into it. Now on the medium frame, fry it properly and regularly(can stick on the pan) so that it will mix probably. Now, add jaggery into it. Obviously, it gets moist because of jaggery. So, stir it probably, won't leave stirring so that it will mix thoroughly and could not stick on the pan.   

Ginger                        250gm  

Jaggery(Gur)             500gm    

Ghee                          as much required         


Is it mix throughout and looks like dough? Yes, you got it. This is what you need to eat 1tea spoon every morning and evening. It will boost you and there will no infection can catch you. Yes, obviously you have to wear warm clothes and have to take care of yourself but if you include this one in your daily routine in the winter season, there are no obstacles at all. You can enjoy this weather. This recipe is awesome and has lots of advantages because of its ingredients. 

You should try it this winter, also its taste is so yummy as ginger is somewhat bitter and jaggery is sweet and ghee has a special aroma. Those all, when they mix with each other, give a beautiful essence which you can feel. Try this simple recipe and enjoy this winter.

Jaggery   





Jaggery is full of minerals as it contains iron, selenium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus which are helpful to improve the body's immunity. Especially in the winter season, you must add this to your diet as consumption of jaggery with warm water after your meal can prevent you from cough, cold and common winter problems. And it has a very awesome taste and aroma you should enjoy it.    


Ginger    


   

Ginger has antibacterial and antiviral properties that help the immune system and prevent cold and flu. Ginger helps keep the body warm. In the winter season, you must include this beautiful item in your diet. Have a cup of tea with ginger in the morning is the best start to your day. Many uses of ginger are there as a spice or as a tea ingredient or as in a kadha. Add this in this winter into your food and enjoy its awesome aroma. 

Ghee 



Ghee is a common item in every kitchen and it is a daily use thing as it has lots of benefits for health. It not only gives health benefits but also very good for skin especially in the winter season because in winter dry skin is a common problem we all have. It keeps our body warm and healthy. There is a beautiful home remedy I should add here for a child is if your child is suffering from cough or cold give a teaspoon of ghee with a pinch of turmeric, it will have a great result.
