Whenever the question arises on Health, the most important side is
mental health.
Can someone achieve it with money, name or fame, publicity, or from a height of success? The correct answer is NO..... No one!
No one can lock the thought of mind because the speed is more than everything.
So, Is our mind is the master of the body, our thinking, our lifestyle, our activity, our each and every step and the correct answer is YES!
Can someone control their mind and the correct answer is YES!

Yes! Inner peace is a word which is the key to achieve mental health. So what is inner peace?
A Word or a thing which has no price. No one can but it from anywhere but have to search it in inside ourselves. and it comes from the work which you like the most. It comes from the word which you want to hear the most. It comes from the activity which you enjoy the most.
Never pull yourselves in any side where you never want to go through. Surely your mind diverts from it rather supporting and you surely lost your inner peace. Do whatever you want, talk whatever you like, involve yourself in doing your favourite activity. surely you achieve your inner peace.
but here one thing is that can each and every person achieve whatever they want?
can our all desire fulfil?
Can this is possible to do only like?
can someone meet with only that person whomever you like?
And the correct answer is "No".
What we should do in this situation here are some points . please go through it.
FIND
1. Are you control mentally sick?
2. Can you control your mind?
3. Can you get rid of it?
4. Can you gain again your inner peace?
5. Can someone help you (our parents, friends or beloved one)?
Why not go through solution rather them taking stress.. stress.. stress...

However, symptoms vary from person to person but it includes bad mood, diverts your positive thinking, your thoughts are full of negativity you don't want to interact with others feeling of sadness or illness. Felling of worry and restlessness, feeling of panic, significant tiredness, low energy or problems sleeping excessive anger violence or suicidal thinking.
2. The mind is the master tool of your body, if it creates good thought, life will full of joy but if it not working probably it con destroy your life.
Replace your negatively with positively, sometimes by force you have to push it from your mind. Meet with a positive personality, spend sometimes with you beloved, share your problem, your thinking, your experience with them.
Should not hesitate, life is yours and it's your duty to save it.Love yourselves.
Do yoga, Do meditate!
think about how to enjoy this situation. If you love to read the book be a book-worm, but be with a positive vibe and spread positive vibes.
If you are movie lover spend your time with movies rather than stuck with negative vibes. Become a busy person. This is your time to take a break before sleeping erases everything from your mind, sleep again and again.
Yes, sometimes these all tips seem difficult for a mentally stressed person.but you should go through it, and you have to control your mind. because you are not a loser you have all the right to enjoy your life with peace with you and should be happy always.
3. Yes, you can get rid of it. Nothing is permanent on this earth. Not only situation, not any time, not any personality and of-course not any negative though. So do come-over from your mind with good thinking, find an explanation from everywhere. Never think too much upon one topic. Thousand of topic thought are coming going in our mind in a single day. Choose a good one, choose the positive one. Go on a positive vibe and it will spread your positive energy and find you a better way to live your life.
4. Inner peace can be gain again, Yes! of-course why not. it's yours you can't buy it from money but you have to create it for yourselves by ourselves. This world is everything for you.
A person having name fame or having lots of money, a height of success.
having great publicity but if not having inner peace negative vibes can kill him-selves, destroy your life completely.
Gain your inner peace, by listening to your inner voice. What is your desire? Is it good for you?
If YES! go and being it. if no let it pass, don't go with the flow. Because this is your temporary peace, to achieve it forever.
Although you want it, think this is not good for you. if you choose a wrong way for your inner peace remember it is not Long lasting not forever. you can't continue with it.
So what that good for you?
No...
Sometimes realization is very important. Realize each and everything before going through it.
5. YES. The Person who loves you understand you and care for you will definitely help you to come over from the depression or mental stress your feeling with you love ones, don't hesitate, anyone can go through from it. Every person has a problem in their life. Try to share your problems it helps you feel free. Yes, you can rid of from your depression.
6. Every problem has a solution. The word Impossible contains I'm possible with itself. Always one should find the solution rather just going on with problems, mental illness.
This is not a problem actually this is a stage, a phase of life.
Anyone can have depression but the thing matter here is, Yes it has also solution should have the courage to fight with it. try to go against the negative vibes.

Life is a gift given by god. Don't waste it with negative vibes. Everyone's life has many problems with their own consequence.
The situation never goes according to your wish. we have to fight with the situation with all of our positive energy and our will-power.
Feel happy, life will be beautiful. Feel energetic, life will full of gratitude. Feel joyful, life will full of happiness.

Whenever you feel depressed to close your eye and remember your god And tell to yourselves
"Everything is okay, everything is okay..................."
No one can see god but believe, whenever you do so you feel something is with yours.
What is this simple this is your faith in god. God is with you. You are not alone.
the best way to red rid from your anxiety. believe in yourselves. You are not a loser but can be an achiever.
Happiness is the only way to live healthily and live with inner peace.
