The amount of both should full teaspoons. Give this to your child every morning, it will help them to get warm and they will not get infected easily. Chocolate for winter
To make chocolate in winter for children, just add some sugar into boiling water, stir it. Now add some honey, ginger powder, cloves powder (add a little bit because of its bitter taste), Tulsi powder. Stir it until it becomes a thick layer. Now put it into the freezer tray to have small shapes. After cooling, it is your winter homemade chocolate. If your child is not talking ginger easily, try this one.
Massage in the winter season is an easy good idea, especially for your child. For this, take mustard oil, add some carrom seeds, crushed garlic, hing, and crushed ginger. Boil it. After some time, when you can touch it, massage your child with this solution. This is really a great thing you should do in the winter season.
