Are you enjoying winter?  

Actually, winter is my favorite season but I am also allergic so I have to find some hacks. I had tried many things and I am happy, now I have a great solution for my allergy to cold. Also wants to share these simple hacks with you. This simple and amazing thing is jaggery(gur). Let's see how much this thing is useful and some food items with this jaggery.   


Jaggery is full of minerals as it contains iron, selenium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus which are helpful to improve the body's immunity. Especially in the winter season, you must add this to your diet as consumption of jaggery with warm water after your meal can prevent you from cough, cold and common winter problems. And it has a very awesome taste and aroma you should enjoy it.    

First of all, this jaggery is the ultimate solution for cough and cold. 

Add some jaggery with your meals, either with milk or as you wish. That's what you need to do in winter. Only you should remember one thing, never add sugar with boiled milk or hot milk. Use Lukewarm milk.   

Jaggery is a good alternative to white sugar. 

Also a great source of energy and the best solution to warm your body.   

If you get irritated with your hair fall, use jaggery on regular basis and feel the magic. This is my favorite hacks to jaggery.    

Jaggery also regulates your blood sugar levels as it contains iron. Actually, jaggery is a good source of iron. So, the best thing for low blood pressure and anemia. 

Jaggery tea, one thing which you can add to your daily routine in this winter season. Just boil water, add jaggery and tea leaves, and do remember to add cold milk into it as jaggery with warm milk should not mix. Take it. 
Jaggery tea is a good source of energy and Will warm your body.  

Sweets     

Peanuts cake is a very easy and simple recipe you can follow this winter. As you know, peanuts are a good source of energy as it contains much fat. And jaggery is everything you need in winter. Just boil jaggery, add some fried peanuts into it. Shape it as you wish. Enjoy winter and have lots of energy.    

Puffed rice with jaggery is a common dish in every home in North India. Just boil jaggery, add puffed rice and shape it as you wish. But this is not as simple as it seems. But you can try. Puffed rice is a good source of calcium and jaggery is again I am saying everything in winter. So, you should have this healthy sweet.   

A beautiful home remedy

This is a homemade recipe that only includes 3 magical ingredients and they are gheejaggery, and ginger. Three ingredients you can call magical things for you which can save you from allergy and seasonal infection. Let me introduce you. So, let's start. 

For this recipe, first of all, clean the ginger properly and grind it. Now take ghee in a pan and let it be warm and then put that grid ginger into it. Now on the medium frame, fry it properly and regularly(can stick on the pan) so that it will mix probably. Now, add jaggery into it. Obviously, it gets moist because of jaggery. So, stir it probably, won't leave stirring so that it will mix thoroughly and could not stick on the pan.   

Ginger                        250gm  

Jaggery(Gur)             500gm    

Ghee                          as much required      

 Is it mix throughout and looks like dough? Yes, you got it. This is what you need to eat 1tea spoon every morning and evening. It will boost you and there will no infection that can catch you. Yes, obviously you have to wear warm clothes and have to take care of yourself but if you include this one in your daily routine in the winter season, there are no obstacles at all. You can enjoy this weather. This recipe is awesome and has lots of advantages because of its ingredients. 

You should try it this winter, also its taste is so yummy as ginger is somewhat bitter and jaggery is sweet and ghee has a special aroma. Those all, when they mix with each other, give a beautiful essence which you can feel. Try this simple recipe and enjoy this winter.
